Welcome to the California Soccer Association North (CSAN) registration system for the Monterey Peninsula Soccer League (MPSL).  Each year you must re-register with CSAN in order to obtain your player pass to play in the MPSL.  A CSAN player pass includes your insurance under the US Adult Soccer Association's personal accident insurance policy (PAI).

     You must have a CSAN player pass to give to the referee before you may play.  Always make sure that your team captain retrieves your player pass from the referee after each game.  If you do not have your player pass, you will not be allowed to play.

     Your player pass is valid for one year starting on September 1st.  It is also valid ONLY for the team marked on the player pass.  If during the year you wish to play on another team in another division or league, you will have to purchase a player pass for that new team.  However, you will be able to purchase your second player pass at half the normal price.

     Final note: the MPSL continues to use LeagueApps to collect your player registration fee for the upcoming season.  You will have to go separately to your LeagueApps account to pay your player registration fee for the upcoming season.  Thus you will end up with two internet accounts:

• One on this Affinity Sports system that you will use to buy your CSAN player pass; and
• One on LeagueApps to pay your league fee for each season/division.

   Be sure to keep a record of your account user name and password for each of these two accounts.  To begin the process to buy your CSAN player pass, click the "Register" tab that's above and to the right.

Important Notice!

Due to a new requirement by USASA, as of 01-01-2017All players are required to sign the CSA-N release of Liability waiver.We will no longer mail out passes if we don’t have a signed player registration/waiver on file in our office.

1) If the player registers online on his own through affinity they will not need to send us the waiver because he/sheis signing it electronically.

2) If the team manager registers the players him/her self online he/she will have to have the players sign thewaiver make payment and send it to us via email, fax or mail.The waivers can be downloaded from our website @ www.csan.net/downloads-3/

3) Paper registrations are also accepted and can be downloaded on our website www.csan.net/downloads-3/ aslong as the front and back are signed by each player. It’s preferred if you bundle the forms with 1 payment,rather than sending individual form.Pass will not be mailed out or proceed until we have the signed forms.Email, fax or mail signed waivers directly to CSA-N

1) Si el jugador se registra en linea por el servicio Affinity, no necesitara mandarnos el descargo porque él/ella lofirmaran electrónicamente.

2) Para jugadores que son registrados en línea por sus entrenadores, El encargado del equipo registrara a todos sujugadores y hará el pago por ellos. Los entrenadores deben enviar el registro y descargo vía correo electrónico,fax o por correo.Las descargos de responsabilidad se pueden encontrar en nuestra página web www.csan.net/downloads-3/

3) La registración en papel también es aceptada mientras este firmada en ambos lados de la registración por cadajugador. Puede pedir una copia del registro y descargo individual a nuestra oficina o puede encontrar las formasen nuestra página web www.csan.net/downloads-3/ . Es preferible que el encargado del equipo las entregue todas juntas con un solo pago en lugar de mandarlas individualmente.Los pases o carnets no serán enviados o procesados hasta que el jugador haya firmando el descardoindividual y haya sido recibido por nuestra oficinaPueden enviar todo lo requerido a nuestra oficina a:
